Refund Policy

Each scan generates a digital report delivered immediately. Because the result is produced on demand, purchases are generally non-refundable once the report has been generated.

If you were charged but no report could be generated due to a technical issue on our side, contact us and we will refund you or regenerate the report.

In case of a duplicate charge or an obvious error, we also issue a refund.
